Terrazza Booking Policy

For All Reservations:

  • Punctuality: Please ensure you arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, kindly notify us by calling 020 7916 5832.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late without notifying us, your allocated table may be given to another guest/group, and you may need to wait for the next available table.

  • Changes in Guest Numbers: If the number of your guests changes, please notify us immediately by calling 020 7916 5832, so we can adjust your table arrangement. Please note that substantial increases in guest numbers are subject to availability.

  • Special Requests: If you have any special requests, such as allergies, wheelchair access, or if you're celebrating an occasion like a birthday, please inform us when making your reservation.

  • Deposit Policy: We do not require a deposit for reservations. However, in some cases, we may contact you for additional information or confirmation.

  • Dress Code: The dress code is Smart Casual. Please avoid overly casual clothing such as soiled attire or tracksuits.

  • ID for Alcoholic Beverages: If you appear to be under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide photo identification when requesting alcoholic beverages.

  • Family-Friendly Environment: Terrazza is a family-friendly restaurant, but children must remain seated with their family at all times (except when using the restroom, accompanied by an adult).

  • Pushchair Policy: During busy periods, especially at weekends, pushchairs may not be permitted in certain areas of the restaurant. However, we offer ample space in the conservatory or indoor areas for families with pushchairs. Highchairs are available upon request.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you fail to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, your table may be given to other guests.


For VIP/Function Room Pre-booked Reservations:

  • Deposit Requirement for Large Groups: For any group reserving the VIP & Function Rooms for 20 or more people, a £10 per person deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the event. If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be refunded only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Meal Service Timing: We aim to serve your first dish 45 minutes after your group’s arrival at the venue. Any delays in the arrival of your group will result in a delay in meal service. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that your group arrives on time.

  • Meal Selections and Final Confirmation: If you have agreed to a set meal deal for your group, you must confirm your meal choices at least 24 hours before the booking. You can do this by emailing our reservations team at reservations@terrazza.uk. Failure to provide your meal choices in advance may affect the smooth running of your event.

At Terrazza, we value the well-being of our neighbors and their living standards. We kindly ask that you respect the following guidelines during your visit:

  • If you are arriving by car, minicab, or taxi, please keep noise to a minimum and be gentle when opening and closing the vehicle doors.

  • Our restaurant is located in a residential area. Kindly ensure you park only in permitted bays and avoid obstructing disabled parking spaces or access points.

  • If you plan on consuming alcohol, THINK! DO NOT DRIVE! We kindly encourage you to use a taxi or cab service. Our staff will be more than happy to assist in arranging one for you. Please wait for your ride to arrive inside the restaurant, and we will notify you when your vehicle is ready.

  • Please be mindful of the noise levels, as our neighbors have the right to enjoy their surroundings peacefully. We kindly ask that you leave the area quietly. If necessary, please use the restroom facilities before you depart.

  • Terrazza is proud to participate in the "Safe Haven" and "Ask for Angela" schemes. If you ever need assistance, please feel free to approach any of our staff members, and you will receive confidential help.
