We always strive to serve you the best food possible. However, if you feel that the product we have served does not meet your satisfaction, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.
REFUND POLICY:
We will fully refund your order if the following conditions are met:

You contact us within 1 hour of delivery.

A valid explanation is provided.

Less than 1% of the food has been consumed.
Any other terms will not be accepted.
We aim to serve you the highest quality. If you are not happy with your order, we may offer you a full/partial refund or credit toward your next order. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
We cannot accept refund requests after one hour from delivery.
We will process your refund as soon as possible, but please note that bank processing may take up to 48 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
An order may be cancelled for a full refund as long as the preparation has not started.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We strive to ensure all information, including descriptions and prices displayed on our website and mobile app, is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error by reconfirming with you. If we are unable to confirm the order, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These website terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
You may bring legal proceedings in respect of these terms in the English courts.
If you live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, or in any other Member State of the European Union, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your home country.
DELIVERY / COLLECTION TIMES
Times given for collection and delivery are approximate.
We cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered or ready for collection within the estimated time.
