Assistant ChefSupport the kitchen team during service and preparation.
Responsibilities* Assist the head chef with food preparation* Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards* Help with stock rotation and organisation* Support service during busy periods
RunnerA key role connecting the kitchen and front of house team.
Responsibilities* Deliver food from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately* Support waiters during busy service* Keep service areas organised and clean* Assist with table preparation
Waitress / WaiterProvide friendly and professional service to guests.
Responsibilities* Take orders and serve food and drinks* Deliver attentive service to guests* Maintain table cleanliness and presentation* Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams
What We Look For
* Positive attitude* Good communication skills* Team focused mindset* Reliability and punctuality* Previous hospitality experience preferred for waiter roles
